We can advise on more private or quieter locations depending on the type of moment you’re planning for your  proposal setup in  London .

All setups are styled on location and prepared before your arrival, with pack down handled afterwards. We have established arrangements with a range of London locations including Potters Fields Park, Battersea Park, Wimbledon Park, Clapham Common, Wandsworth Common, Eel Brook Common and Hampstead Heath East.

We also work across locations managed by Enable Leisure and Culture, including:
Battersea Park, King George’s Park, Wandsworth Park, Tooting Bec Common, Tooting Graveney Common, Clapham Common, Wandsworth Common and Eel Brook Common.

We also work across parks within the London Boroughs of Camden, Enfield Parks and Hackney, and locations in Chelsea and surrounding areas.

Some locations require a licence or prior approval, which we can arrange or guide you through. If you have a specific park or venue in mind, we’re happy to advise on suitability.

Please note that setups are not permitted in Royal Parks, including Hyde Park, Regent’s Park, Greenwich Park, St James’s Park and Kensington Gardens. 

As all of our setups are outdoors, we always recommend having a suitable backup plan where possible, such as access to an indoor space or covered area.

If weather conditions are not suitable, bookings can be rescheduled based on availability. However, during peak periods, particularly weekends and summer months, availability can be limited, so planning ahead is important.

We are always happy to advise based on the forecast closer to your date and help you make the best decision.Our day-of coordination services include vendor coordination, timeline creation and management, and on-site management to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of your event. We will handle any issues that arise so you can enjoy your special day stress-free.

Standard hire time is 2 hours, which is designed to allow you to fully enjoy the experience while keeping the setup fresh and perfectly presented.

Additional time can be arranged in advance depending on availability. If you would like a longer booking, we recommend mentioning this when enquiring so we can plan accordingly.

We specialise in low picnic-style setups, which are ideal for proposals and relaxed, intimate celebrations.

For seated dining-style setups, we style existing tables provided at your venue, such as in private gardens, hired spaces or restaurant settings.

This allows us to create a more elevated tablescape while adapting to your chosen location.em.
