We offer two styled picnic formats depending on the type of event you’re planning, from relaxed gatherings to more elevated, fully styled experiences.
Styled Tablescape Picnic
From £15 per person
A relaxed, beautifully styled setup designed for casual brand events and team gatherings.
Includes low picnic tables, rugs and cushions, table styling with runners, vases and candles, and full setup and pack down.
Full Luxury Picnic Setup
From £20 per person
A more elevated, fully styled experience suited for client-facing events, brand activations and premium gatherings.
Includes full tablescape styling with glassware, charger plates, linen napkins, gold cutlery and enhanced presentation.
A styling and setup fee applies, along with travel depending on location.
Standard hire is 2 hours, with additional time available.
Optional Add-Ons
We offer a range of add-ons to enhance your event, including drink stations, styling props, signage and decorative elements tailored to your setup.
Suitable for events of up to 45 guests, with layouts tailored to your space.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Share your event details
Send us your date, location, guest numbers and the type of event you’re planning. We’ll confirm availability and guide you on the most suitable setup.
2. We plan your setup
We tailor the styling, layout and overall setup to suit your event, whether it’s a brand activation, team gathering or client event.
3. Confirm your booking
A 50% retainer is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to the event. Bookings are not confirmed until the retainer has been received.
4. We deliver and set up
Your setup is installed before your event, styled and ready for your guests.
5. Seamless experience
You and your guests simply arrive and enjoy, while we handle everything behind the scenes, including pack down.
