Unfortunately, the weather is out of our control, so we cannot refund bookings on the basis of bad weather, however, we are happy to reschedule at no additional cost (subject to availability). It is strongly advised to check the weather forecast in advance and to have a backup plan | location in mind! If you have already booked and later discover it is going to rain, we will always try to accommodate last-minute location changes (to your plan b, sheltered | Indoor location). 

We have established arrangements with a range of London locations including Potters Fields Park, Battersea Park, Wimbledon Park, Clapham Common, Wandsworth Common, Eel Brook Common and Hampstead Heath East.

We also work across locations managed by Enable Leisure and Culture, including:
Battersea Park, King George’s Park, Wandsworth Park, Tooting Bec Common, Tooting Graveney Common, Clapham Common, Wandsworth Common and Eel Brook Common.

We also work across parks within the London Boroughs of Camden, Enfield Parks and Hackney, and locations in Chelsea and surrounding areas.

Some locations require a licence or prior approval, which we can arrange or guide you through. If you have a specific park or venue in mind, we’re happy to advise on suitability.

Please note that setups are not permitted in Royal Parks, including Hyde Park, Regent’s Park, Greenwich Park, St James’s Park and Kensington Gardens. 

Absolutely! We are happy to work with you to create a customised colour theme or menu that suits your preferences and special occasions. Please reach out to us to discuss your requirements. 

 Yes, depending on availability, you may be able to extend the duration of your hire for an additional fee of £35/hour. Please contact us in advance to discuss your request and check for availability. 

 We specialize in luxury picnics, and our packages include a comprehensive set of items on the extras add-ons list on our website. However, if you have any specific requests or additional decoration needs, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. 

 Yes, to secure your booking, we kindly request  a booking deposit, which will also act as a security deposit. Once we have checked over all handed back items, your booking deposit will be released (can take up to 3 working days) on the condition that everything is returned in the same undamaged way we hired. The total payment will be requested  in full 48h prior to the event.

The full payment for the picnic is required 48h prior to the scheduled date. We kindly ask you to complete the payment to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience on the day of your luxury picnic.

 While our hire packages include delicious brunch or cheese platter options, you are welcome to bring your own additional food or  beverages to complement the experience. We can provide you with the champagne bucket or charcuterie board.

 Absolutely! We understand the importance of dietary accommodations. Please inform us in advance about any specific dietary restrictions or allergies, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs and provide suitable alternatives. 

We ask you to please let us know as soon as you know if you are delayed as chances are we have other events scheduled that day. 

Please note: We also have the right to pack up the picnic without any refund if you are more than 25 mins late. 

We will return at the arranged time to pack up, until then, you are responsible for all the items. If you would like to end your event earlier than the agreed time, then we usually require a minimum of 1 hour's notice (depending on the location of your setup and whether or not this will clash with another setup or collection). We need to be notified by phone or text, but we're always flexible.

If you need to cancel your booking, please note that cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, as we allocate resources and make preparations based on your reservation.

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, please note that rescheduling within 48 hours prior to the scheduled date might not be available and is non-refundable. We encourage you to notify us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

We recommend booking your luxury picnic in London at least 4 weeks in advance, especially during peak months from May to September. Weekend dates are often fully booked, so earlier booking is always advised. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on availability, but are not guaranteed.
