Booking Requirements:
- To secure your desired date, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance for the picnic hire must be paid in full 48h prior to the scheduled date.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
- In the event of cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance, the deposit will be refunded in full if cancellation is valid
- Refunds for cancellations are subject to deductions for any damages.
- If cancellation is requested by client after 2 change of dates, London Picnic Club will retain the full amount the for the deposit that has been paid.
- We cannot offer more than 2 rescheduling opportunities .
- Cancellation fee of £70 applies to all cancellations.
Deposit:
- The deposit is required to secure your booking and cover potential costs and will also act as a security deposit. This will be refunded 1 to 3 days after picnic so we can check that everything is returned in perfect condition as it was delivered.
- The deposit will be refunded in full after the picnic, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning required.
Packages:
- Hire Only: Includes a colour-themed setup with a throw, cushions, cutlery (golden or normal), plates, plate chargers, glasses, plastic flowers, tall candles, a Bluetooth speaker, a champagne bucket, and napkins.
- Hire + Brunch: Includes everything from the Hire Only package along with a brunch spread, including croissants, scones, pancakes, cheese twists, berries and grapes, organic pistachios and walnuts, chocolates, macaroons, jam, and maple syrup.
- Hire + Cheese Platter and Wine: Includes all items from the Hire Only package plus a gourmet cheese platter with a selection of five cheeses, salami, biscuits, grapes, berries, cheese chutney, organic pistachios and walnuts, and macaroons.
Allergies and Dietary Accommodations:
- We can accommodate specific dietary restrictions or allergies if informed in advance.
- Please let us know about any dietary requirements or restrictions during the booking process.
Important Information:
- Duration: The duration for all hires is 2 hours, providing ample time for your luxury picnic experience.
- Travel:Additional travel charges apply
- Weather Conditions: In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, alternative options or indoor relocation may be discussed.
- Customization: We can accommodate personalized requests, additional decorations, and special touches. Please inform us in advance.
- Minimum/Maximum Guests: Our hire packages are flexible and can be tailored to suit different group sizes.
- Location: You can choose the picnic location or receive recommendations from us based on your preferences.
- Children's Parties: Our luxury picnic hires can be customized for children's parties, catering to their preferences and age group.
- Corporate Events: Our hires can be tailored for corporate events or team outings. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
