We also work across locations managed by Enable Leisure and Culture, including:

Some locations require a licence or prior approval, which we can arrange or guide you through. If you have a specific park or venue in mind, we’re happy to advise on suitability.
Please note that setups are not permitted in Royal Parks, including Hyde Park, Regent’s Park, Greenwich Park, St James’s Park and Kensington Gardens.
As all of our setups are outdoors, we strongly recommend having a suitable indoor backup option where possible.
If the weather is unsuitable, bookings can be rescheduled based on availability. During peak months, especially summer weekends, availability can be limited, so having a Plan B is always advised.
Alternatively, some clients choose to proceed under covered areas or adjust timings depending on conditions.
Each setup includes a fully styled low picnic table, cushions, tableware including plates, chargers and glassware, and decorative elements tailored to your chosen theme.
Standard hire time is 2 hours, with the option to extend depending on availability.
Food is available as an optional add-on, or you are welcome to bring your own if preferred.
We handle the full setup and pack down, so you can simply arrive and enjoy the experience.
